Assessment (HTA) parameter estimation. Converts between rates,
probabilities, odds, and hazard ratios (HR); extrapolates
survival curves (Exponential, Weibull, Log-Logistic); fits
probabilistic sensitivity analysis (PSA) distributions (Beta,
Gamma, LogNormal, Dirichlet) via the method of moments;
calculates incremental cost-effectiveness ratios (ICERs), net
monetary benefit (NMB), value-based pricing, and budget impact;
adjusts costs for inflation, discounting, and purchasing power
parity (PPP) across 30 countries; and adjusts background
mortality using life-table methods. Designed for researchers
building cost-effectiveness and budget-impact models who need
auditable, formula-documented parameter transformations.
Methods include Zhang and Yu (1998)
&lt;doi:10.1001/jama.280.19.1690&gt; for odds ratio (OR) to relative
risk (RR) conversion and Chinn (2000, Statistics in Medicine,
19, 3127-3131) for effect-size transformations.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/drpakhare/actions/runs/27538612977</link><pubDate>Mon, 15 Jun 2026 08:54:39 GMT</pubDate><r:package>ParCC</r:package><r:version>1.4.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://drpakhare.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/drpakhare/parcc</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>background-mortality.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>background-mortality.html</r:filename><r:title>Background Mortality Adjustments</r:title><r:created>2026-03-21 00:24:12</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-21 07:28:07</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>batch-workflow.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>batch-workflow.html</r:filename><r:title>Batch Conversion Workflow</r:title><r:created>2026-03-21 00:24:12</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-21 07:28:07</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>budget-impact-analysis.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>budget-impact-analysis.html</r:filename><r:title>Budget Impact Analysis</r:title><r:created>2026-03-21 07:18:02</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-21 07:28:07</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>core-conversions.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>core-conversions.html</r:filename><r:title>Core Conversions: Rates, Odds, and Time Rescaling</r:title><r:created>2026-03-21 00:24:12</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-21 07:28:07</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>dirichlet-loglogistic.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>dirichlet-loglogistic.html</r:filename><r:title>Dirichlet Distribution &amp; Log-Logistic Survival</r:title><r:created>2026-03-21 07:18:02</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-21 07:28:07</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>economic-evaluation.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>economic-evaluation.html</r:filename><r:title>Economic Evaluation: ICER, NMB, and Value-Based Pricing</r:title><r:created>2026-03-21 00:24:12</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-21 07:28:07</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>getting-started.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>getting-started.html</r:filename><r:title>Getting Started with ParCC</r:title><r:created>2026-03-21 00:24:12</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-21 07:28:07</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>hr-probability-converter.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>hr-probability-converter.html</r:filename><r:title>HR-Based Probability Converter</r:title><r:created>2026-03-21 00:24:12</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-21 00:24:12</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>nnt-logrank-hr.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>nnt-logrank-hr.html</r:filename><r:title>NNT/NNH Calculator &amp; Log-rank to Hazard Ratio</r:title><r:created>2026-03-21 07:18:02</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-21 07:28:07</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>or-rr-effect-sizes.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>or-rr-effect-sizes.html</r:filename><r:title>OR &lt;-&gt; RR Conversion &amp; Effect Size Transformations</r:title><r:created>2026-03-21 07:18:02</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-21 07:28:07</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>psa-distributions.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>psa-distributions.html</r:filename><r:title>Parameterizing Distributions for PSA</r:title><r:created>2026-03-21 00:24:12</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-21 07:28:07</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>Tutorial.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>Tutorial.html</r:filename><r:title>ParCC Tutorial Index</r:title><r:created>2025-12-05 21:02:23</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-21 07:28:07</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>ppp-converter.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>ppp-converter.html</r:filename><r:title>PPP Currency Conversion &amp; WTP Thresholds</r:title><r:created>2026-03-21 07:18:02</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-21 07:28:07</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>survival-extrapolation.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>survival-extrapolation.html</r:filename><r:title>Survival Extrapolation from Published Curves</r:title><r:created>2026-03-21 00:24:12</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-21 07:28:07</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[drpakhare] stepssurvey 0.1.0</title><author>abhijit.cfm@aiimsbhopal.edu.in (Abhijit Pakhare)</author><description>Provides a complete analysis pipeline for the WHO STEPwise
Approach to NCD Risk Factor Surveillance (STEPS) as described
in Riley et al. (2016) &lt;doi:10.2105/AJPH.2015.302962&gt;. Imports
raw survey data ('CSV', 'Excel', 'Stata', 'SPSS'), applies
WHO-standard cleaning and recoding, sets up complex survey
designs, computes all standard NCD indicators (tobacco,
alcohol, diet, physical activity, anthropometry, blood
pressure, biochemical), and generates publication-ready tables,
